Shipping & Returns



Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

For all orders within Australia, we ship via Australia Post, usingexpress + registered with tracking, and signature on delivery.

For our international customers, we ship via Australia Post, using international registered mail which includes tracking + signature upon delivery.

We cannot post to a P.O box, as your parcel will require a signature.

Some international orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Maggie May Bridal do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Maggie May will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Maggie May will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.  


Unfortunately we can not offer returns on our vintage wedding gowns. We will however, do our best to photograph + display our items as accurately as possible, and provide as much information in our descriptions as possible, so you know what to expect when purchasing a Maggie May gown.

Please be sure to measure yourself correctly and compare to measurements given, as we do not issue refunds for items that do not fit.

Please note that colours may appear differently on your monitor than they do in person - keep this in mind, as we do not issue refunds for colour variances.
